Reflex Exhausts INC warrants that all products are free from defects at the time of fitting. Most of our mufflers* are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed...

The warranty does not include and damages made by the purchaser e.g. grinding on the floor, knocks, misuse or damage from accidents. If any part of the exhaust is found damaged via this method the warranty will be void. Also the cost of labour and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement muffler are not covered by this warranty e.g. hanging rubbers. Most of our exhausts are designed for show vehicles.

The decibel limit for each state and each country is different. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify on the time of original purchase how loud the customer wants the exhaust to be. Any changes to the exhaust other than to warranty claims will be chargeable. The Reflex exhaust dealer is not responsible for any fines, which may be charged.
The warranty certificate (depending on country of purchase), along with proof of purchase depending on dealer, must be presented to the service outlet from which you originally purchased the exhaust, when making a claim for repair or replacement. The original muffler must also be returned and exchanged for a new muffler of the same part number. Alterations to tail pipes or boxes cannot be done after the exhaust has been installed. Reflex exhausts are made form stainless steel. To keep the original finish we suggest you clean your new purchase especially the tail pipe with stainless steel cleaner to keep the finish. Under no circumstances should any type of acid cleaner be used, as this may cause corrosion to the finish and may void the warranty.
